Common questions

How do I delete my account?
From the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. If you can't access the app, see how to request deletion by email.

Can I remove myself from a team without deleting my account?
Yes - ask your team's manager to remove you, or leave the team from Settings within the app.

Does Rinkmate process payments?
No. Rinkmate helps a team manager track who owes dues and who has paid. Actual payment happens outside the app between team members.
