Delete your account
You can delete your Rinkmate account and personal data at any time. Deleting your account is permanent and can't be undone.
Option 1: In the app
- Open Rinkmate and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately.
Option 2: By email
If you can't access the app, email slatterydeveloper@gmail.com from the address on your Rinkmate account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile - name, email, and photo on file with Rinkmate.
- Your membership on every team.
- Your push-notification token and account credentials.
What stays behind
Chat messages you sent may remain visible to other members of teams you were on, so their conversation history stays intact - but they'll no longer show your name or photo. Team records that other members rely on (like a poll you voted in, or a dues status a manager recorded) may also remain, without being linked to your personal profile.
