Frequently asked questions
Is Rinkmate really free?
Players are always free. A manager can run up to two teams for free, with chat, schedule, polls, roster, lineups and dues tracking.
Who pays?
Only the manager, and only if they run more than two teams or a league. Players never pay to use Rinkmate.
What happens past five teams?
Running more than five teams is league-shaped, so the answer is a league account billed per team, not a bigger personal plan.
How does league billing work?
A league account is billed per team per month, starting from the first team, and adjusts as teams join or leave.
Does Rinkmate take a cut of dues?
No. Rinkmate tracks who owes what and does not process payments, so there is nothing to take a cut of.
