RinkmateA BenchApp alternative for teams that want one simple app
BenchApp is a popular team app. If you are weighing your options, here is how Rinkmate approaches the same job.
One flat plan, not a bill per team
Players are always free and your first two teams are free. If you manage more, the paid personal plan is one flat tier, and leagues pay per team under one account.
A real web app
Rinkmate is built for the browser alongside the mobile apps, so a treasurer or commissioner can work from a laptop with a proper layout.
Lineups that match your sport
Set lines on a rink, a pitch, a court or a diamond and share the card into team chat.
Leagues with one account
Link every team, import rosters, keep standings and give parents a read-only schedule link.
Honest limits
Rinkmate tracks dues but does not process payments, and it does not send text-message RSVPs. If those matter to your team, check before you switch.
Frequently asked questions
Is Rinkmate a good alternative to BenchApp?
If you want chat, schedule with RSVPs, polls, dues tracking, lineups and league tools in one app that also runs well on the web, it is worth trying. Compare against the features your team actually uses.
Can I move my team over?
Yes. Import your roster and schedule from a spreadsheet, share one invite code and move the conversation across.
Is Rinkmate free?
Players are always free and you can run your first two teams free.
